Good, but something is missing

It’s a lovely chair, but there was a screw missing from the packaging, so I can’t quite put it together.

After a few days, I can't really judge the quality.
The armchair makes a good impression and seems to be of good quality.

The table is okay for the price. It's wobbly, but it's usable.

Ovum armchair

The product arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The courier was very courteous. I chose this product because of its design, which met my expectations. My only regret is the upholstery fabric: I thought it would have a satin finish, but instead it is made of raw wool. I don't understand this choice. Furthermore, even though it is an armchair, there were no assembly or cleaning instructions, but customer service compensated for this very well.

Easy purchase, fast delivery, good quality product. But the freight forwarder is poor quality, the product arrived with damaged packaging and, as a result, two corners (diagonally opposite) were damaged. But the interesting thing is that you are already aware of the delivery problem and it is the biggest complaint on the internet. I almost gave up on the purchase because I was worried about the delivery time and the FF.
