Ovum armchair

The product arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The courier was very courteous. I chose this product because of its design, which met my expectations. My only regret is the upholstery fabric: I thought it would have a satin finish, but instead it is made of raw wool. I don't understand this choice. Furthermore, even though it is an armchair, there were no assembly or cleaning instructions, but customer service compensated for this very well.

Was al heel tevreden met m'n vier stoelen. Omdat het veel lichter uitviel dan ik had ingeschat, heb ik er nog 2 bijbesteld voor rond mijn ovale tafel. Helemaal perfect nu. En wat een snelle levering: zondag besteld en woensdag was het er al!
