Gradito avviso di ritardo

In caso di ritardo sulla consegna di un prodotto (che già a listino prevedeva 7 settimane) sarebbe stato ancor più professionale essere avvisato e non attendere che il cliente allarmato chiami l'azienda per informazioni, evitando di creare il sospetto di essere stati truffati.

The chair looks and functions well and is easy to assemble.

The appearance and function of the chair are good. The assembly is poor. The two retaining loops for the 4 screws deviate by 2 cm !!! in symmetry, so that the 4 screws can only be inserted and adjusted with strong bending and levering. The manufacturing tolerances here should be in the millimetre range and never in the centimetre range.

Tabourets très sympa.Beau rendu.Decu car il manquait un sachet de vis pour pouvoir monnter le tabouret !
