Notification of transport damage

Hello, my bench was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, after unpacking the delivery, I noticed two transport damages on the wooden frame of the bench (2 pictures attached). All attempts to contact Mobelarium (several messages about the delivery, waiting on hold for several minutes (several times)) failed. There was no response. How should we deal with the damage? Do you pick up the bench and deliver a new one?
