I bought 2 tulip chairs for the dining table.

I bought 2 tulip chairs for dining table. Basically satisfied. I found the product to be well made and the delivery time was quick. Packaging very good and arrived intact. I would have liked to find a mini assembly guide and would have liked the option to purchase replacement cushions (or at least pillowcases) to have an interchangeable spare (request denied prior to purchase).

Error with invoice

An erroneous invoice was issued, with customer number instead of VAT number, and in spite of communicating it to the customer service department, it was never corrected; they ignored it.

Good quality but poor delivery

The saddle is well made, the leather looks good (to be confirmed over time). Some parts arrived damaged and the delivery was a disaster...especially considering the price of delivery.
