Design catastrophe! I ordered the chair because it is very similar to the original Eames chair pictured, great design. Ordered, paid for, delivered a week later, great! Unpacked, assembled quickly, good quality in itself, great so far. But: The seat height is not correct. The original Vitra Eames chair measures 43 cm, the one supplied by Icon measures 55 cm (measured from the floor to the top edge of the seat cushion). This makes the chair disproportionate and a design disaster, so I filed a claim and returned it. The money, minus shipping costs, was promptly refunded to my account. With a seat height of 44 cm, I would have rated it excellent.

SGABELLO STILE KARTELL

Very much like the branded one, it offers good stability. Lightweight and practical it arrives with the footrest to assemble, complete with allen wrench and screws.
I don't know the durability over time, but I absolutely recommend it.
