Item arrived damaged

Item arrived damaged. Very nice and functional chair itself. Very friendly and helpful customer service, which I would especially like to point out. The defective chair could not be replaced as the replacement chair also arrived with destroyed packaging. A discount was granted.

The only drawback is the screws, which could have been black to match the black color of the chair.
