Product very good, agency delivery lousy

Mueble Design the product very well, its shipping speed and packaging very well but the DHL Agency a disaster....5 days since they received the goods to deliver it, impossible to talk to the DHL agency of destination, they refer you to the central and say it is in delivery and so 5 days in a row giving long...., then put in the tracking tracking of shipment that is delivered to the customer and is LIE....... delivered it the next day ....

They're gorgeous and very comfortable
