Very beautiful, but ...

The chair is really very nice and comfortable, but it is not cashmere at all. For this very reason, the price seems to me to be higher than the real one.The delivery was accurate and on time, but the outer packaging was all broken and patched up nicely with tape. Even the papers of the 'inner packaging were black with dirt, as were the feet of the chair and ottoman, as if the product was not completely new, but showroom type (and if that were really the case, that would also diminish the purchase value). The two spare feet, included in the delivery, were, however, covered with a protective film, proving the fact that they were new (unlike the others). The product arrived disassembled, which is precisely why it is unclear why the feet were dirty and looked as if they had already been used (if new, they should have had the same protective film as the spare ones)

Nice product but

Accurate and punctual delivery time.
Good product in value for money , aesthetically pleasing and similar to the original but one of the chairs that arrived to me is visibly damaged on the seat with a scratch of almost 4 cm.

Delivery was fast and good, but the quality was poor.

The delivery was fast and good. However, I could discover the first defects as soon as I unpacked them - as these are black chairs, they were immediately visible. Small scratches on the seats, one chair also had a big scratch on the back leg - shiny, of course. Too bad, they should have been declared as B merchandise.

Good quality but poor delivery

The saddle is well made, the leather looks good (to be confirmed over time). Some parts arrived damaged and the delivery was a disaster...especially considering the price of delivery.
