Short notice delivery... The huge package was left in the stairwell without prior arrangement. A neighbor could no longer leave her apartment with her walker. She was very angry.

I am still missing a part to assemble a stool. I have not heard from after-sales service.

Seat too small

Very good product, too bad it has a small dent in the bubble of the floor lamp, I have not seen a blow in the box, so I discovered only once assembled. It is not very noticeable, so it is not too serious

Design catastrophe! I ordered the chair because it is very similar to the original Eames chair pictured, great design. Ordered, paid for, delivered a week later, great! Unpacked, assembled quickly, good quality in itself, great so far. But: The seat height is not correct. The original Vitra Eames chair measures 43 cm, the one supplied by Icon measures 55 cm (measured from the floor to the top edge of the seat cushion). This makes the chair disproportionate and a design disaster, so I filed a claim and returned it. The money, minus shipping costs, was promptly refunded to my account. With a seat height of 44 cm, I would have rated it excellent.
