Beautiful chair, faulty delivery

Unfortunately, the delivery was faulty and the parcel and bars were damaged. However, contact with the service team was straightforward and the missing back section was delivered free of charge. Nevertheless, this involved additional time and effort.

Beautiful design object

Delivery on time and uncomplicated. Chair looks good, but is not very comfortable. Workmanship not perfect, slight defects in wood and construction. Sisal covering shifts and then looks irregular. Time will tell whether the price-performance ratio is right.

No manual, poorly adjusted seat

Hello, There is no user manual. I don't know how to adjust the seat, at the moment the backrest is far too long. Please get back to me as I can't use it properly and I'm going to send the product back. Thank you.

Beautiful looking but poorly engineered

The chair itself looks lovely. However, it has proved impossible to fit as the screwholds connecting the legs of the chair to the seat of the chair are in the wrong position. We are paying a considerable sum to a handyman to fix this problem. He is having to redrill the holes, and then add some additional support as there is also a gap between the legs and the base of the chair that needs to be filled for the chair to be stable. So from an aesthetic point of view, the chair deserves 5 stars, but from a construction point of view, 1 star. Overall, we are pleased with the chair, but not pleased by having to pay about 100 euros to fix it!
