Very nice designer chairs, but one of them arrived with a tear (see photo) still in the packaging.

It is a bit lame

Fair, it is limp and some screws do not fit properly.

Beautiful chair, faulty delivery

Unfortunately, the delivery was faulty and the parcel and bars were damaged. However, contact with the service team was straightforward and the missing back section was delivered free of charge. Nevertheless, this involved additional time and effort.

Beautiful design object

Delivery on time and uncomplicated. Chair looks good, but is not very comfortable. Workmanship not perfect, slight defects in wood and construction. Sisal covering shifts and then looks irregular. Time will tell whether the price-performance ratio is right.
