The chair wobbles

The chair wobbles. The seat shell wobbles on the base frame. The swivel mechanism jerks. The cushion is too firm or too high. Fabric ok.

The chair looks and functions well and is easy to assemble.

The appearance and function of the chair are good. The assembly is poor. The two retaining loops for the 4 screws deviate by 2 cm !!! in symmetry, so that the 4 screws can only be inserted and adjusted with strong bending and levering. The manufacturing tolerances here should be in the millimetre range and never in the centimetre range.
