Not a good decision!

There is no leather cushion, only a faux leather one. This is stated in a way that could be misleading. The backrest doesn’t fit the chair and had to be bent into shape first, which wasn’t easy. As the chair looks nice, 2 stars.

The table is great, the dispatch was a straight 6 . I had a message that the table had been delivered to an Ali. No address, no surname. After enquiring with Trans O flex, a subcontractor, I was told to contact someone else. It was only by chance that I found out who had taken delivery of the table. Not again

Attention table a protéger!

Tres décu de cet achat, on ne peut pas manger dessus sans la protéger, sinon des marques apparaissent. Exemple on ne peut pas poser une carafe d eau

Error with invoice

An erroneous invoice was issued, with customer number instead of VAT number, and in spite of communicating it to the customer service department, it was never corrected; they ignored it.
