The table is great, the dispatch was a straight 6 . I had a message that the table had been delivered to an Ali. No address, no surname. After enquiring with Trans O flex, a subcontractor, I was told to contact someone else. It was only by chance that I found out who had taken delivery of the table. Not again

Error with invoice

An erroneous invoice was issued, with customer number instead of VAT number, and in spite of communicating it to the customer service department, it was never corrected; they ignored it.
